Etiquette, 16th, 17th and newly released 18th edition
There is no rulebook on what to do, say, or how to behave when
someone we know is grieving. Because there is no one specific way
to grieve, there is no one way to react. Be there, listen and let
them talk. When it's appropriate, try to share a story about the
person who has died. Most of all keep in mind they need your
comfort and support. Simply be there and listen.
